my daughter was a employee at the Ben and Jerry location in Biloxi ms . On Friday April 25 there was a confrontation between her and team lead ..the team lead insisted on calling her a *** and demanding her to clock out and go home .. the location owner/ manager was made aware of such matters . I personally talk to her on the phone myself .. the owner/ manager told me over the phone that the team leads Chelsey Tircuit

Emilys Tircuit both admitted to using language thats not conductible in any form of work employment. And after a slight investigation the manager/ owner choose to allow both team leads to continue their employment with your company, despite a very disrespectful lack of class and integrity from those team leads Chelsey Tircuit

Emilys Tircuit .. this has cost my daughter Skylar Knox , hours from her work schedule because the manager/ owner decided to put the employees on different work schedules,Which one could argue this was an attempt at Age discrimination because my daughter is only 16. my daughter Skylar Knox is no longer employed there .. I would like to speak with a member of the claims , insurance, or home office management dept to discuss future resolution at your convenience thank you for your time

On Sunday 7/14 me and my husband ordered Ben & Jerrys ice cream through DoorDash around 9:30 PM. We received our order a little after 10 PM.

Couple bites that it tasted funny I went on about telling her then dont eat it if it tasted funny and approximately around 10:45. We started hearing a weird gurgling choking noise coming from my daughters room I ran into the bedroom and found my daughter, holding her throat, panicking and her face turning pale and her eyes very big, she was choking on something so immediately grabbed her and gave her the Heimlich maneuver and I had to shove my fingers down her throat to get her to throw up when she did throw up. She spit out a piece of cardboard paper structure that was about maybe an inch or 2 inches long that looked like it came from an ice cream box or container and it was in her ice cream that she was eating I have a photo of the item that I pulled out of her mouth. We have saved it and we want to know how were gonna go about this or if we need to contact a lawyer we had to bring her to the hospital the next day due to her having a severe sore throat and stomach pains, so I had to bring her to the doctors to make sure that I didnt injure her while I was giving her the Heimlich maneuver or that I didnt scratch her throat while shoving my fingers down there to get the item that she had in her ice cream out of her throat were not even sure if more was swallowed but any parent that has to go through watching their child choke on an object is the most horrifying thing ever the adrenaline rush and the stress and terror that went through my mind and body literally made me sick for two days.

That is my child and all I keep thinking is that if I didnt hear her making those noises, what couldve happened would she be dead right now? Could she have choked to death and its all because Ben & Jerrys had a very irresponsible worker who put some sort of object in her *** ice cream and we are very upset about this

Ive never in my life, came across a foreign object in any of my food ever but now I understand why people end up, scarred from stuff like this happening because all I keep thinking about and being thankful for is my daughter still being here and that we heard her choking just in time to help her spit out that chunk of cardboard

The last container I purchased was OK. But the three before that were all empty at the bottom about a third of the container.

I have been purchasing cherry Garcia and chunky monkey for years and years and years and years. I find this very odd because I never have a problem like this. Out of the hundreds and hundreds of containers I purchased Ive never had an issue until now.

I purchased them from Whole Foods and springhouse Pennsylvania I dont have a receipt right off hand. I certainly did not steal three containers of ice cream or the hundreds and hundreds that I have purchased throughout the years

Hello, I was eating ben and Jerrys chocolate fudge brownie ice cream when I had reached the end one of the last bites was crunchy, I understand there is brownie pieces but not as hard as what I chewed on. I took it out of my mouth and rinsed it off because it was full of chocolate and I realized it was a toenail.

It had ridges, it was like a yellowish white and was shaped the same way a toenail is. I have pictures I can provide if you need with evidence of chocolate on it so you know I'm not lying. I a completely disgusted and very disappointed.
